Schedule your free assessment: Once we review your application, we will Zoom to discuss your goals.

Enroll: If 2:1 personal training is a good fit, we’ll send you a payment link to officially enroll you and kick off your journey!

Onboarding: Once your payment is made, we’ll get to work behind the scenes on your custom fitness and nutrition plan (such as equipment access, nutrition intake, habits to track, etc).

Get started: We’ll plug you into our app and community and you can get started once your customized plan is ready! (Typically takes up to 5 days).
